PRODUCT OVERVIEW

BAR3 Isolation Barrier is a three-phase high-voltage isolation module engineered to safely interface detection, monitoring and  protection equipment with supply systems rated up to 1100 V.

Designed for mining and heavy industrial applications, the BAR3 provides galvanic isolation between high-voltage circuits and  low-voltage electronic devices, protecting connected relays and monitoring units from hazardous potentials.

APPLICATION

The BAR3 is compliant with all relevant Australian statutory and industry standards and is designed to:

• Provide high-voltage isolation for relay inputs and detection circuitry

• Enable safe interfacing between 415–1100 V AC systems and m-tronix protection devices

• Ensure safe operation of NER monitoring, voltage monitoring and EL/EC relays

• Prevent damage to sensitive electronic equipment during abnormal voltage conditions

Suitable for:

• Mining substations

• Underground and surface HV distribution

• Longwall, conveyor and pump starter systems

• Neutral earthing resistor (NER) monitoring applications

• Any installation where high-voltage isolation is required
