LLi Live Line Indicator

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The LLi Live Line Indicator provides high-visibility monitoring of 3-phase AC load circuits, giving operators immediate  confirmation of live or isolated status.

Compact, robust and designed for mining environments, the LLi helps ensure safe switching and isolation procedures,  reducing the risk of accidental contact with energised equipment.

Fully compliant with AS 2081:2011 for electrical protection systems in mining applications.

APPLICATION

The m-tronix LLi is used wherever operators require absolute clarity on whether a 3-phase circuit is energised. Typical applications include:

• Underground and surface mining switchgear

• Longwall, conveyor and pump starters

• MCCs and fixed plant

• OEM enclosures

• Electrical distribution panels

• Any location needing safe phase-presence indication

With the matching LLD Remote Display, the operator sees extra-low-voltage indication at the front panel — keeping  personnel safe by eliminating hazardous voltage exposure.

Normal Operation

• No AC present: all LEDs OFF

• AC present: LEDs ON for each energised phase

• If any LED is ON → circuit is LIVE

Switchgear Fault Detection

• LEDs ON when the circuit should be isolated
